Dear Resident,
As a local resident I wanted to ensure you were amongst the first to know about the vision Tesco has for East Barnet.
We are proposing an exciting mixed use development that will include a new public square, Tesco store, housing, new shops, community facilities and road improvements designed to revitalise New Barnet Town Centre and act as a catalyst for further investment in the area.
The site is to the north of East Barnet Road in New Barnet Town Centre and will ensure that people are given a powerful incentive to stay in the area for their main food shopping.
We will be holding a workshop to get feedback from the local community in two weeks. This will be to seek the views of local residents and explain the principles of town centre regeneration at an early stage.
This will be held at LA Fitness, just off the High Street, 18 East Barnet Road, Barnet, EN4 8RW on the following dates:
Thursday 31st January between 2pm - 5.30pm
Friday 1st Feb 1.30pm - 5.30pm
Saturday 2nd Feb 1.30pm - 4 pm
